Day of the Dead altar at Grand Park’s Downtown Dia De Los Muertos dedicated to the people who have died on the Metro Blue Line rail and died due to police brutality. Altar especially dedicated to Cesar Rodriguez, 23, who was crushed to death at the Wardlow Blue Line train station after a police altercation over fare.
